Some people have been unable to save their listing after editing it. We’re aware of the issue and in this article we will tell you why it happens and how to fix it.
Why it happens
We recently introduced new fields to our listings to help our clients better find the caravan they’re after. They include shower, toilet, air-conditioning and stereo. An example is shown below.
If you first entered your listing before we added these fields, you will now need to add them your listing when you edit it. If you do not add them, you will get an error and you will not be able to save your listing.
How To Fix It
The website will highlight the areas you have missed. Please scroll up and make sure all of shower, toilet, air-conditioning and stereo have been checked.
