The good news is that you can upload as many images as you want, but you do have to keep the total file upload to under 5Gb. If you are having issues uploading more than a couple of images, it is probably because they need resizing. Go to our resizing guide for further help.

If you are using your phone to add images to your listing here are some simple instuctions.
Samsung phones - reducing image size
Step 1: Open the Gallery app on your Samsung phone.
Step 2: Open an image you want to reduce in size.
Step 3: Tap the three-dot menu in the bottom-right corner and select “Details” to check the current image size. If is large you will need to resize.
Step 4: Go back to the image and select the edit button at the bottom to open the image editor. (it looks like a pencil)
Step 5: Tap the three-dot menu in the bottom-right corner and select Resize.
Step 6: You can reduce photo size by 20%, 40%, 60%, or 80%.
Step 7: Tap on a radio button beside your preferred size and tap Done.
Step 8: Hit the Save button in the top right corner and check the reduced image size (refer to the steps above).
Now you will be able to upload the image to your listing.
